Why We Don't Offer Refunds
Every subscription starts with a 3-day free trial. That trial exists specifically so you can evaluate the maps, the data, and whether Radar Mountain is useful for your trade before any money changes hands. Once your trial ends and you're charged, that charge is final.
What You Can Do Instead
- Cancel during your trial — you won't be charged at all. This is the easiest way to avoid a charge you don't want.
- Cancel anytime after that — it stops future renewals. You keep access through the end of the period you already paid for, but the amount you already paid is not refunded.
To cancel, contact josh.lanius@gmail.com and we'll confirm the date your access ends.
The One Exception: Our Mistake
If we made a genuine billing error — you were charged twice for the same period, or charged after you had already cancelled — contact us and we'll correct it. That's a billing correction, not a discretionary refund, and it's the only circumstance in which money moves back to you.
Chargebacks
If you believe you were charged in error and we haven't resolved it after you've contacted us, you may have the right to dispute the charge with your card issuer. We'd genuinely rather fix it directly first — reach out before doing that.
